Creating a calm corner at home doesn’t require a renovation: just a few carefully chosen objects are enough to transform a windowsill, shelf, or corner of a study into a space that invites you to slow down. Resin zen statues are one of the simplest ways to do this, combining minimalist aesthetics with a small daily reminder to stay calm.
Why zen statues work so well as décor
Unlike other decorative objects, meditation-themed statues have clean shapes and recognizable poses — a seated monk, an animal in a contemplative position — that immediately convey a sense of peace, even to those who only catch a quick glimpse of them.
The monk: the most classic subject
The Zen Monk, with its clean lines and no unnecessary details, is designed specifically for minimalist spaces: homes, offices, as well as yoga studios and spas. For a more contemplative feel, the Praying Monk adds an extra gesture of tranquility.
Zen cats: irony and relaxation together
If you’re looking for something with a little more character, our line of meditation-themed cats is among the most popular: from the “Zen Nap” Cat, portrayed in a state of total relaxation, to the Zen Cat in the Lotus Position, complete with a Mala necklace, and the “Enlightened” Sphynx: perfect pieces for anyone who loves both cats and zen aesthetics, with just the right touch of irony to make them a great gift even for someone who wouldn’t describe themselves as “spiritual.”
The chameleon: silent observation
Less predictable but much loved, the Zen Chameleon represents the art of waiting and observation: an original choice for anyone looking beyond the classic monk/Buddha figures.
How to arrange your meditation corner
Our most frequent advice: choose 2–3 pieces with the same finish (matte white or matte black) and arrange them at different heights — one on a shelf, one on a low table, and one on a windowsill. The overall effect matters more than any individual object. You can view the full selection in the Zen and Meditation Décor collection.
