Materials and finish

High-quality resin, 3D printed with high precision. Every piece is then sanded, finished and hand-painted in our workshop. Slight variations between pieces are normal — they are the mark of something made by hand.

Payment methods accepted

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal and the digital wallets available on your device. Payment goes through Shopify's secure checkout — we never see your card details.

Shipping and delivery

Free, tracked shipping to Italy and France. Protective packaging designed for transport. Catalogue pieces ship within a few working days; for custom pieces, timings are agreed when the order is confirmed.

How to care for it

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources. That's all it takes — resin doesn't crumble or yellow the way plaster does.

Returns

You have 14 days to return catalogue products, provided they are intact and in their original packaging. Custom sculptures, being made to order, follow different terms which we explain before confirming your order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, PayPal and the digital wallets available on your device. All options appear at checkout — pick the one you prefer.

Is it durable? How long does it last?

Yes. Resin is solid and doesn't deteriorate like plaster or ceramic. With normal household care the sculpture lasts for years.

How long until I receive it?

Catalogue pieces ship within a few working days. Custom pieces take longer because the model is created from scratch.

How is it packaged and shipped?

Protective packaging designed for transport, with tracked shipping. Free delivery to Italy and France. If it arrives damaged, write to us — we'll replace it.

Can I order a custom version?

Yes. Send us a photo — your dog, a person, an idea — and we build the 3D model. We show it to you before printing.

Is every sculpture identical to the photo?

The photos are real, but each piece is finished and painted by hand: small differences are normal — proof it isn't mass-produced.
